Amanda: I must say that you're very pretty, but at the same time, you don't completely stand out. It's a sort of forgettable photograph, but it's still fresh - you look great, the styling and setting are good, and your smile is warm and inviting. It's just not as memorable as it could be - it could be the black and white background, but that makes your colorful self pop at the same time. Overall, this is good and definitely will keep you standing - it just isn't outstanding or excellent, and since it's week one I will let that go. Good work

Anna: This is a photograph full of contrasts, and I think it's wonderful. Your smile is light and refreshing, yet the setting is cold and refined. Your outfit is sophisticated, yet the single glove gives it a bold edginess. The shoes are absolutely divine, and your pose is pitch perfect for the overall look and feel of this shot. My only criticism is that I'm not seeing "fresh and vibrant" with anything except for that great smile; if the setting and outfit matched your shining personality, this would be flawless.
